Currently managing as a director a large design team responsible for the UX strategy for all Merchandising tools, Target's internal design system, as well as other efforts related to service design.

Design Systems, Walmart Pickup & Other Initiatives

During my journey at Walmart, I was responsible for creating its Enterprise Design System, used by dozens of teams internally. I also led the design process for employess, for one of Walmart's most beloved services - Walmart Grocery Pickup.

Point of Sale

Amaro is a Direct-to-customer fashion retailer based in Brazil which uses the power of data as its main engine to offer fashion to women via online and physical locations. The following UX project is a proposal to an end-to-end solution to enhance their POS system.

Design Process Playbook
