Strategy

Having had the opportunity to introduce design processes to larger companies, such as Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club, I decided to create a playbook to educate stakeholders whenever questions are asked in regards to the engagement of UX with engineering and business partners. This is a variation from the already known Lean UX Process with the addition of elements of Design Thinking.
